Incentive Program

Eligibility:

• Applies to full-time Care Managers, Care Manager Trainee, and Licensing Specialists positions

• Candidate must not have been employed by the agency within the past 12 months.

Structure:

o Total Bonus: $1,000

o Payout Schedule:

  • $250 at 30 days of employment (successful onboarding).
  • $250 at 6 months of continuous employment.
  • $500 at 12 months of continuous employment.

Conditions:

• If the employee resigns or is terminated prior to the payout date, unpaid amounts are forfeited.

• Must remain in good standing with performance and attendance expectations.

Note: the program will run is October 1 – December 31, 2025.

Internship Opportunities

Family Partnerships of Central Florida is proud to offer internships in a variety of areas, providing students with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in their chosen field. These programs are designed to expose participants to real-world challenges and practical applications, preparing them for future professional success.

Interns must be at least 18 years of age and are required to participate in Family Partnerships of Central Florida’s Level 2 FBI background screening, which includes checks of local, state and federal law enforcement databases and the National Sex Offender Registry, as well as fingerprinting and drug screening.
