Potential bidders can request a census report that includes names of employees and dependents via email to Christine.singletary@familypartnerships.org. We will not be loading the report with names to the website.

There is no required format assigned for the RFP; it just needs follow the RFP structure.

Regarding the 408(b)2, we can provide the current Plan Fee Schedule that applies for most clients. However, Brevard is actually under a legacy pricing structure and thus pays no company-level fees to Insperity Retirement for their Insperity 401k Plan.
Regarding the 404(a)5 notice, please see attached Expense Disclosure Document (EDD) for participant-level fees and Fund Change Notice from December 2025.

I’m not sure, but we provided a spreadsheet that listed payroll items separately. It may be listed there.
Yes, we are looking for a full-service PEO, including payroll at this time. If they do not provide payroll they may submit a proposal without payroll services included, as long as they are clear it is not included.
They are free to provide a proposal for any of the items listed in the RFP, separately or together.
Employee names will not be added to any uploaded reports. That information is considered PHI and will not be shared. Potential bidders can request a census report that includes names of employees and dependents can be requested via email to Christine.singletary@familypartnerships.org. We will not be loading the report with names to the website.
We are currently paying our admin fee per employee per check but are open to pay it differently if necessary.
- Or do you prefer a per employee per check admin fee? This is how we are paying currently.
- If the later, what is your pay cycle (weekly, bi-weekly or semi-monthly)?
- Since you are a non-profit, do you currently pay state unemployment tax? I know you are with Insperity, so I wanted to confirm that you pay this. We are on a bi-weekly pay cycle. The unemployment tax is included in our administrative fee.
