Fourteen foster children – including 4-year-old Kendall playing judge in the picture there – were adopted in a ceremony Friday.
The ceremony marks a milestone for the kids who are between 7 months and 9 years old: They have been removed from their parents because of abuse, neglect or abandonment, but as of Friday’s ceremony are adopted into “forever families.”
